Steam Cod with Soybean Crunch
Seasoned soybean crunch spread on top of steam codfish, the nutty flavor of the soybean brings and enhances the umami taste in seafood.
S.J. Chili Bean Sauce 10g, S.J. Soybean Crunch 30g, Cooking Oil 15ml, Sesame Oil 10ml
Chopped Garlic 10g, Chopped Ginger 5g, Chopped Green Onion 5g, Sugar 5g
Steam unseasoned cod fish till its fully cooked and set aside
Heat oil until surface shimmers then stir-fry ginger and garlic with S.J. Chili Bean Sauce
Add S.J. Soybean Crunch, sugar and sesame oil to Step 2 and stir-fry till its crispy
Pour the finished sauce over the steamed cod fish and sprinkle green onions before serve
