Braised fermented tofu in a hot and spicy broth, with a sense of umami taste. One of the must-try street food in Taiwan.
Water & Sauce Ratio = 2:1
Fermented Tofu 600g, Cabbage 50g
S.J. Stinky Tofu Sauce 250g, Water 500ml
Garlic Sprout 50g, Sauteed Garlic 30g
Mix 250g S.J. Stinky Tofu Sauce with 500ml water
Add cabbage and tofu into Step 1. Braise for 12 minute
Turn off the heat and immerse tofu for 1 hour with covered pot
Reheat and add garlic sprout and sauteed garlic over the top before serve
