Cooking Oil 20ml, Rice 250g, Egg 1 unit
S.J. Scallop XO Sauce 20g, Soy Sauce 5ml
Chopped Garlic 5g, Chopped Onion 5g, Chopped Onion 10g
Heat oil until surface shimmers then add egg and scrambled it
Add chopped onions and chopped garlic into Step 1 and stir-fry for 30 seconds
Add rice and S.J. Scallop XO Sauce to Step 2 and cook until light golden color
Sprinkle green onions over the top before serve
