An earthly and zinging aftertaste combining with vinaigrette dressing on a healthy summer mushroom salad.
Wood Ear Mushroom 100g, Red and Yellow Pepper 100g
S.J. Sichuan Peppercorn Oil 10ml, Soy Sauce 10ml, Vinegar 5ml, Sesame Oil 5ml
Chopped Green Onion 10g, Sugar 5g
Soak dry wood ear mushrooms in water till hydrated (15-20 min)
Drain and blanch with boiling water for 2 min. Drain again and let cool
Combine all the other listed ingredients for dressing and mix it with wood ear mushroom
Chill for 1hr and sprinkle green onions over the top before serve
